Kyrgyz Wilderness (“we”) runs this website from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, a trip plan or a message, we store the details you enter (name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, dates, number of travelers and your note) so a manager can answer you and organise your trip.
How we use it
Only our team sees your details. We use them to reply to you and to arrange your trip with our guides, drivers and hosts. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Saved tours and theme
Tours you save and your light or dark choice are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our server.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to organise and account for your trip. Ask us at any time to see or delete your data: info@kyrgyzwilderness.com or WhatsApp +996 505 566 554.
